For normal Callouts you may pay upon completion of work(s). Payment terms apply for Callout from quote as per the quotation terms & conditions.
If I asked for 1-hour of service only, can it be extended?

It depends on availability as we schedule Callouts ahead of time for you & others and we must maintain our schedule. If you wish to extend the service, you should contact our Call-Center agent on 8004003.
Are the tools, materials and consumables included in your service(s)?
Yes, all materials and consumables are included in the service(s). We charge only for our service(s) and the spare-parts we provide.
Your electrician is here, can I ask him to fix a water leakage? I can pay more!
No, our technicians are specialized on the selected service. Additional service has to be requested individually through our Call-Center on 8004003.
Is it possible to reschedule a Callout?
Yes, before 2-hours of Callout time rescheduling is free of charge. However, between (2-1) hours the rescheduling charge will be 150/-QAR, less than 1-hour, rescheduling charge will be 250/-QAR.
Is it possible to cancel a Callout?
Yes, before 2-hours of callout time cancelation is free of charge. However, between (2-1) hours the cancelation charge will be 150/-QAR, less than 1-hour, cancelation charge will be 250/-QAR.

Once I purchase a package, can I swap between services?
Unfortunately, swapping between the services is not possible.
Do you fix household appliances (Fridge, oven, etc)?
Unfortunately, no. Our specialty is building maintenance & cleaning only.
